Modules for retail shops
Scan to bill, split the payment
Scan the tag, and take the bill in cash, card, UPI, a gift voucher or loyalty points, or split it across more than one.
MRP on every item
Keep the MRP against each item, so you can see it and get a warning when a bill is priced above it.
Brand on every item
Record the brand of each shirt, phone, tap or notebook as a field on the item.
Stock-tracked by default
New items are set up as stocked products counted in pieces, so goods received and goods sold move your stock without extra steps.
Retail bill and day close
A counter bill to print or share on WhatsApp, and a day close that totals each tender before cash is handed over.
Cashier role
Counter staff can bill and take payment without seeing purchase prices, margins or the books.
Store manager role
A manager can run stock, transfers and promotions for a store without owner-level access.
Accountant access
Give your accountant or CA their own login to the books and GST, instead of sending files every month.

We list the gaps on purpose. All industries
Where retail shops lose time and sales
Festive queues at one counter
Bills written or keyed item by item while customers wait.
Walk-outs during the busiest weeks of the year.
Stock in the wrong store
Call the other branch, check their register, send goods with a note.
Lost sales at one store while stock sits at another, and counts that never agree.
Supplier deliveries that do not match
Check the carton against the bill by hand, if there is time.
Paying for short supply and losing track of what is due back.
Unlabelled stock
Write prices on stickers, or remember them.
Wrong prices at the counter and slow billing.
Regulars drift to the next shop
A paper card or nothing at all.
No repeat visits to measure, and offers that reach no one.
Staff see margins and books
One login shared by everyone at the counter.
Purchase prices visible to staff and no record of who billed what.
GST across branches
Each branch's bills are collected and sent to the CA.
Late returns and mismatched input credit, worse with branches in other states.
Serial numbers on electronics
IMEI and serials written in a register at the counter.
Warranty claims that cannot be traced to the bill.
