Finocket vs Zoho Books
Good books, meet the rest of the business.
Zoho Books does the accounting well. Finocket connects that invoice to the lead and deal it came from, the follow-up email that won it, and the partner who referred it, in one record and one app.

Finocket vs Zoho Books FAQ
That page compares the whole Zoho suite (CRM, Campaigns, Bigin and more, stitched together). This one is just the books: Zoho Books against Finocket's accounting plus its built-in front office.
On live bank feeds and filing GSTR-1 from inside the app, yes. On the ledger itself the gap has closed: Finocket keeps real double-entry with a chart of accounts, journal vouchers, opening balances and statements that build themselves. Its edge is everything around the books: the deal and payment on one record, TDS with 26AS reconciliation, phone-first entry that queues with no signal, and a free solo tier in India.
It is built so that it can't state one. Each finished sentence the assistant produces is checked against the figures it was actually handed in that request, and a sentence stating a number it cannot point back to one of them is deleted, not hedged or softened. The same guard runs on the report summaries, the emailed digest, the drafted outreach email and the WhatsApp reply draft, so it isn't only true in the chat box. Two honest limits worth knowing before you buy: it governs what the assistant tells you, not every word it drafts for you to review, and within a single answer a sentence can cite a real figure from the wrong tool's output, so the failure mode is misattribution, never invention. Separately, the anomaly detection and the next-best-offer suggestions use no AI at all; they are arithmetic over your own records, so there is nothing there to hallucinate.
Zoho Books has a free plan for businesses under ₹25 lakh a year and paid tiers above it (as of October 2026; check their site). Finocket's daily books are the Solo plan: Free for solo users until 31 Dec 2026 — no partner code needed. ₹99/month after that. GST returns start at Starter, the CRM and WhatsApp/email outreach at Growth, and partner commissions at Business. Every new workspace can switch on every module free for 30 days.
